Where do I start?
We would start with a consultation on the phone or in person with one of our builders. Afterwards, we will meet at the development site to go over the project requirements.
What is your process for projects?
- Initial site meeting to discuss proposals and budget management with our builders
- If you’ve not had any plans drawn up, we will put you in touch with an architect/draftsperson we partner with
- Preliminary cost consultation for the project
- Meet our builders again to finalise the scope of works, materials and finishes, prepared fixed price quote and contract signing.
- Construction and project management
- Completion and project handover
What area do you work in?
Our office is located in Sydney, NSW. Therefore majority of our work is in the Sydney Metropolitan area, however, our skills are easily transportable so should you wish to discuss a project outside this area please contact us.
